My IG was hacked, they changed my email. I can still see my profile but can’t log in. Any recovery tips?

Go to Instagram help → “Hacked account” and upload your ID. They’ll restore if it’s really you.

Happened to me, took 3 days but I got it back. Enable 2FA immediately once you recover.
